Board and Train

Real Training in a Real Home, So it Actually Works in Yours

Let’s be real, you don’t want your dog stuck in a loud, overcrowded kennel with who-knows-who watching over them, (or not watching over them!)

With our In-Home Board and Train, your dog stays in your trainer's home, not at a kennel.

Your Dog Doesn't Live in a Kennel, So Why Train Them in One?

Kennels are overwhelming, and even scary, for dogs.

Loud barking, constant stimulation, rotating staff, and confined spaces often increase anxiety. To learn, dogs need to feel safe, calm, and connected. That’s not something you can create in a high-stress kennel facility.

With us, your dog will. live inside the home with their trainer,  just like they would with you, where they practice the behaviors in the environment they’ll actually live in.

A Better Experience For You and Your Dog

No Kennels, No Chaos

No cold crates.

No barking all night.

Your dog will rest, play, and relax like they would at home, but with expert guidance.

More 1 on 1 Training

Our trainers only work with a couple of dogs at a time.

That means tons of focused attention (and plenty of play and cuddle time).

Real Life Practice

We love when the real moments happen, (like barking at the Amazon guy or jumping on the counter).

We catch them and use them as training opportunities!

This is personalized training in a real-life setting, because that’s where good behavior really matters.

We saw a total transformation in Jack. He came home calmer, more focused, and actually listens now even around other dogs! The team was professional, kind, and truly invested in helping us succeed. We’re so grateful, and so is Jack!”

Best decision I’ve made. He came back so much more focused and relaxed and I finally feel confident taking him places. The trainers were super communicative and clearly love what they do. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I was nervous to send Henry, but wow. He came back more confident, way less reactive, and actually listens to me now. Now we can go on walks and I don’t have constant anxiety about how he’ll react. Thank you thank you thank you!

Let’s Take the First Step Together

Common Questions, Clear Answers

Will my dog think I abandoned them if I do a board and train program?

It’s totally normal to worry about this but rest assured, your dog won’t feel abandoned. They may miss you a bit the first day or two, but dogs are incredibly adaptable, especially when they’re busy learning, playing, and bonding with their trainer.

Most owners find the separation is actually harder on them than on their dog! And when it’s time to reunite? Dogs are always thrilled to see their people and love showing off everything they’ve learned.

Can I see my dog while they're at the board and train?

You’re always welcome to see your dog, but we strongly recommend waiting until the program is complete. Dogs are creatures of habit, and seeing you mid-training can make them sad when you leave again. That may disrupt the new routines we’re building and set progress back a few days.

Don’t worry, you won’t feel out of the loop! You’ll get regular updates, pictures, videos, and messages from your trainer every day!

Will my dog listen to me when they come home?

Training you is just as important as training your dog! The first few days home, your dog might test the waters to see if YOU know what THEY know - which is totally normal. We’ll walk you through everything during your Go-Home Lesson and make sure you feel confident applying the new rules.

Will my dog receive socialization and learn to interact with other dogs?

Yes, if socialization is part of your dog’s training goals, we have the experience and resources to do it right. Your dog will have the chance to interact with other dogs in a safe, structured environment, always under professional supervision. That said, not every dog wants to be a social butterfly, and that’s okay! If your dog isn’t comfortable around other dogs, we’ll respect that and focus on helping them feel safe, not overwhelmed. Whether it's playtime or just learning to coexist calmly around other dogs, we’ll tailor the experience to your dog’s personality and progress.

What is your policy on refunds or guarantees for your training services?

Your dog's behavior is extremely complex and guaranteeing results is unethical. Any trainer who gives you a guarantee of specific results is giving you a red flag, not peace of mind.

Guaranteeing specific results usually means they are coercing your dog into complying or addressing symptoms of behaviors versus addressing underlying needs and emotions. This is usually done by force, fear, or quick fixes that don’t last. That’s not how we operate.

Here’s what we do guarantee:

  • You will see progress. We promise.

  • We will treat both you and your dog as individuals and tailor your plan to fit your needs and lifestyle.

  • We will give you the tools and guidance to build better habits, confidence, and manners.

  • We will give you the tools and guidance to correct and prevent problem behaviors.

  • We’ll be honest about what’s possible, what it will take, and how to get there.

  • We’ll support you every step of the way. We won't leave you hanging.
